Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card used for booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Your host would like you to agree to the following house rules:

• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No Parties / Events

We may request a £300 Security deposit 48 hours before guests check-in. This is completely at host discretion based on certain reservation details you enter. Please note this Payment is not Included in your booking amount. ( This is an Additional Payment request sent to you on a separate email).
